Sequence Of Play: 5 - Economic Expenditure Phase

Add: 5B4 Roll for discovery of resources in a newly-claimed Star System [V3.32]

Sequence Of Play: 2 - Economic Production Phase

Add 2E4 Team announces mothballing a unit [V4.72]; mothballing cost is paid [V4.73]

Sequence Of Play: 6 - Material Construction Phase

Add 6B5 Mothballed units are reactivated [V4.77]

Sequence Of Play: 7 - Bombardment Phase

Rename 7B Economic Recovery Segment to 7B Economic Improvement Segment

Sequence Of Play: 7 - Bombardment Phase

Add: 7B3 The Development Level of a Star System increases if resources have been found [V3.33]

V2.56 The rule reference should be V2.54, not V2.53

V3.32 Add a reference to (5B4) in the Sequence of Play
